About me

Hey, I'm Kaya!

I have my Master's in Nutrition and Dietetics studying to be a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) who believes nutrition should feel supportive, practical, and rooted in your real life — not a rigid set of rules.

I chose this career because I knew I wanted to help others find healing within nutrition. My "why" comes from many reasons. Not only did I love cooking with my family growing up, but once I got into high school, I began to understand how much proper fueling supports performance and every day activities. Also growing up in a small town, I saw how inaccessible food and healthcare is for a large percentage of the population. My goal is to simplify nutrition and offer education to all.

Outside of work, you'll usually find me cooking something new, coaching, and creating content for my social media.

My approach

What working together looks like.

We start by listening

Your history, health goals, and relationship with food shape everything we do next.

We make a real plan

Clear, doable steps — not a restrictive list you'll abandon by Wednesday.

We adjust as you grow

Life changes. We check in, celebrate wins, and adapt the plan so it keeps working.
